I’ve been doing paintings of various drum sticks and beaters for the last six months or so. It’s a bit unusual, seeing as I’m not actually playing percussion instruments all that much right now. OK, I’m practicing but I’m not performing a lot.
Anyway, here is the first batch of stick portraits. I’m working on a much larger one, but I’m gonna need some more paint to finish it. I go through a lot of paint!
